The Right Candidate

We are looking for someone who enjoys a structured environment, but who is also willing to add creativity and innovation. You must have high standards of excellence (some might call you a perfectionist) and excellent communication skills (written and verbal, both in-person and on the phone). You enjoy “making it right” when something goes wrong, but you also work to get it right the first time, every time. You must be able to handle challenging situations with diplomacy, and to be direct, yet tactful.

In time, you will be trusted to manage processes and adapt them as our needs and the needs of our customers change. You will have the freedom to make a process your own within the framework of our standards of excellence. And of course, you must be just as passionate about providing exceptional customer service as we are and have a true, innate desire to delight our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front line reception – greet visitors, answer phones, place supply orders and service calls
  • General administrative responsibilities – paperwork, processing, etc.
  • Customer correspondence – calling customers, prepping mail, preparing invoices
