The Right Candidate

We’re looking for someone who enjoys a structured environment, but who’s also willing to add creativity and innovation.  We want someone with high standards of excellence (some might call this person a perfectionist), and who also has excellent communication skills (written and verbal, both in-person and on the phone).  He or she enjoys “making it right” when something goes wrong but works to “get it right” the first time, every time. This person must be able to handle challenging situations with diplomacy, and to be direct, yet tactful (it’s likely that for this person, the direct part comes naturally, and the tactful part had to be learned).

The right person will in time be trusted to manage these processes and adapt them as our needs and the needs of our customers change.  And of course, this person must be just as passionate about providing exceptional customer service as we are and have a true, innate desire to delight our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Provide front line reception – greet visitors, answer phones, place supply orders and service calls.
  • General administrative responsibilities – paperwork, processing, etc.
  • Customer correspondence – calling customers, prepping mail, preparing invoices.
